2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided through our website or AI Consultant are preliminary. Final project costs are subject to on-site inspection, material price fluctuations, and signed contract agreements. Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Project Scope and Changes
Any changes requested after the signing of a construction contract may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments. These changes will be documented via a formal "Change Order" process.
4. Payment Terms
Specific payment schedules (e.g., deposit, milestone payments, final completion) will be outlined in individual contracts. Late payments may result in project delays or interest charges as permitted by local law.
5. Warranties and Liability
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Warranty details for specific products (glass, framing, screens) vary by manufacturer. MTN Sunrooms provides a limited warranty on installation labor as specified in the service contract. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues with the customer's property.
6. Licensing and Insurance
MTN Sunrooms operates as a licensed and insured contractor in the state of Tennessee. Project permits are the responsibility of the homeowner unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement under conditions specified in the signed contract. Termination fees may apply to cover materials ordered and labor completed.
